LG Unveils Micro RGB evo at IFA 2026

At the ongoing IFA 2026 exhibition in Berlin, LG Electronics has taken significant steps in display technology with its latest offering: the Micro RGB evo. This ultra-large LCD TV is not just a regular upgrade but a leap forward in RGB color purity, fully certified by TÜV Rheinland.

Setting New Standards in Color Quality

The highlight of the Micro RGB evo is its high-purity RGB spectrum, achieved through LG's proprietary Micro RGB technology. The GU processed television is equipped with the α11 AI Processor Gen3, which enhances both picture and audio quality. This processor isn't just confined to LG's flagship OLED models; it also breathes life into the Micro RGB evo, particularly in achieving remarkable separation among red, green, and blue colors. The ability to deliver such pure colors has earned this model TÜV Rheinland's prestigious High Purity RGB Spectrum Display certification.

He mentioned that the rigorous evaluation confirmed LG's capabilities to provide high-purity colors while entirely preventing any intermixing of RGB wavelengths. The intelligence behind the Micro RGB evo is its award-winning α11 AI Processor, which is the same technology employed in LG's award-winning OLED line. The Dual AI Engine of the processor analyzes both texture and edge during processing, allowing for a richer and more lifelike viewing experience.

The Precision Color Enhancer feature meticulously maintains the purity of each primary color while finely controlling gradation and tonal transitions, elevating the viewer's experience to a whole new level.
