With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, Tremaglio has served in various high-profile roles, including her recent position as the Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). Tremaglio's track record includes successful negotiations such as the historic $50 billion collective bargaining agreement, which significantly benefited NBA players.
