His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer at Nystrom Associates, a leading outpatient mental health provider, where he expanded the organization's footprint from 16 to over 50 locations, serving nearly 100,000 patients annually across four states.

Previously, Arnold held key positions at Rayus Radiology, moving from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Development Officer. In this role, he facilitated the growth of the organization from 55 to 120 diagnostic imaging centers across 22 states. His varied career also includes time as a senior healthcare research analyst at Piper Sandler and leadership positions at 3M Company, along with work as a healthcare management consultant.
