In a groundbreaking development for public safety communications, INdigital and T-Mobile have successfully conducted the first-ever native three-way video emergency conference call over commercial 4G and 5G mobile networks. On November 6, 2025, INdigital, in collaboration with T-Mobile, completed a test that connected a public safety telecommunicator with a first responder, all initiated by the citizen in distress. This was accomplished without additional apps or plugins, demonstrating a seamless integration of multimedia capabilities into existing emergency systems. The test aligns with the global standards set forth by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project, Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, and the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
