His leadership philosophy has also been shaped by previous positions at ASCO Power Technologies, APC by Schneider Electric, and American Power Conversion. There, he honed his skills in strategy development, business growth, sales facilitation, and offer management.

Russell holds a degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and has completed an executive education program at INSEAD, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
