Kelly Aronson Takes the Lead at Renewal by Andersen

Andersen Corporation, renowned for manufacturing some of the most trusted windows and doors in America, has appointed Kelly Aronson as the Senior Vice President of Renewal by Andersen’s affiliate retail operations and digital experience as of January 8, 2025. This pivotal move comes as the company continues to enhance its service offerings and technological innovations in the home improvement sector.

Aronson has been a key figure in the company since joining as IT Director for Renewal by Andersen in 2014. With over a decade of experience under her belt, she played a substantial role in revamping the company’s digital strategy, bringing significant improvements to the overall experience for homeowners, retailers, and team members. Prior to her new role, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for Andersen Corporation, further solidifying her qualifications for this leadership position.

The company's president, Troy Barrow, expressed high hopes for Aronson’s contributions, stating, "Kelly is an inspirational leader, committed to engaging and motivating the team, leading with purpose and intention, and focused on building and nurturing relationships." Aronson's leadership is expected to be critical as the organization aims to optimize its retail operations and elevate the digital experience for customers.

In her new role, Aronson will manage various aspects of affiliate operations, which include regional management, business development, national training, and retail transformation, as well as overseeing retail data and analytics alongside the digital experience team. These responsibilities highlight the strategic importance of her position in shaping the direction of Renewal by Andersen.

Additionally, Aronson does not only serve Andersen; she is actively involved in the community. She is a Board of Trustees Member for the Science Museum of Minnesota, a Board Member for CIOs Against Cancer, and a member of the Minnesota CIO Advisory Board. Such engagement exemplifies her commitment not only to corporate growth but also to societal contribution.

Aronson steps into this role as Jeanne Junker, the previous leader of retail operations, retires after an impressive 25-year tenure at Renewal by Andersen. Barrow praised Junker’s contributions, noting, "Jeanne's dedication and leadership have been instrumental in our success over the past 25 years. We are deeply grateful for her service and wish her all the best in her retirement."

Chris Galvin, President and CEO of Andersen Corporation, also expressed confidence in Aronson’s capabilities. "We are confident that Kelly is the right leader to drive the next phase of our growth, bringing innovative vision and a commitment to excellence to our retail network as we strive every day to deliver world-class experiences to every homeowner who chooses Renewal by Andersen to help make their home improvement dreams a reality," Galvin stated.

With over 13,000 employees, Andersen Corporation has built a reputation for quality and customer service since its establishment in 1903. Today, the company not only leads in manufacturing quality products under brands such as Andersen®, Renewal by Andersen®, EMCO®, and MQ™, but it also holds the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's 2024 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award, showcasing its commitment to sustainability.

Aronson’s leadership will undoubtedly play a crucial role in driving the company's vision forward. With her expertise and focus on digital innovation, Renewal by Andersen is poised to excite its clientele with exceptional home improvement experiences in the future.
