Discover the Exquisite Premier Bijoux de fraise at Wako Ginza

Introduce Yourself to the Premier Bijoux de fraise

Wako Ginza, a prestigious name in the world of confectionery, has launched an extraordinary addition to its Premier series: the Premier Bijoux de fraise, also known as the Strawberry Jewel. Available for a limited time from January 3 to March 31, 2026, this cake is meticulously crafted to embody excellence and sophistication.

The Essence of Premier Series

The Premier series by Wako represents the pinnacle of pastry craftsmanship, focused heavily on quality in terms of ingredient selection and production methods. Each item in this series is designed to celebrate special occasions, elevating everyday experiences into something truly remarkable. The Premier Bijoux de fraise boasts a thoughtful layered structure crafted to reveal dynamic textures and flavors. Each layer is a testament to the skill of the pastry chef and reflects Wako’s unmatched aesthetic sensibility.

What Makes Bijoux de fraise Unique

The Premier Bijoux de fraise offers a stunning representation of seasonal Amaou strawberries, recognized for their vibrant flavor and quality. This cake is approximately 1.5 times the typical size, providing a generous portion suitable for sharing or indulging alone. Priced at ¥5,616 (tax included), its dimensions are perfect for a unique serving experience, measuring 10cm in diameter and about 6.5cm in height.

A Luxurious Creation

This delectable cake integrates elements that can only be found in Wako’s gourmet offerings: soft sponge made from premium Hokkaido wheat flour, layers of rich fresh cream, creamy strawberry filling, custard cream, and slices of Amaou strawberries interspersed throughout. The result is a delightful balance of sweetness, texture, and taste, reflecting the essence of spring while providing a sumptuous experience for the palate.

Seasonal Treat: Amaou Parfait

In alignment with the introduction of Bijoux de fraise, Wako is also offering the seasonal Amaou Parfait priced at ¥3,520 (tax included), available for the same limited period. This parfait showcases the full potential of the fresh Amaou strawberries in a layered presentation that highlights their juicy vibrance.

The parfait beautifully combines layers of luxurious ingredients including rosé wine jelly and mascarpone cream, creating a delightful contrast to the natural tartness of the strawberries. Its carefully curated textures and tastes offer a light, refreshing finish, making it the ideal treat to celebrate the arrival of spring.

Due to limited quantities, both the Premier Bijoux de fraise and the Amaou parfait are expected to sell out quickly.
