On August 6, 2025, the company announced the appointment of Mark Donovan as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mark Donovan brings a wealth of experience in pediatric care and educational services to his new role. His extensive background also includes leadership roles in strategic planning and development at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, as well as Vantage Oncology.

Bray's portfolio includes experience as COO at Podimetrics and ConsumerMedical, while Velarde has a history of financial leadership roles in various organizations, including his past collaboration with Donovan at Magical Beginnings.

The new executive team aims to capitalize on Proven's strong reputation in the market while enhancing operational excellence. By focusing on delivering high-quality care to clients, this leadership change represents a strategic move towards advancing Proven's mission in southeastern Massachusetts and Connecticut.
