What is Yamashita Honki Udon?
Yamashita Honki Udon was founded in 2012 by the interview-focused individual, Yamashita, near Meguro Station. The restaurant prides itself on using high-quality wheat and produces its udon in-house daily, allowing for optimal fermentation that results in firm and elastic noodles.
Their flavorful broth, which combines kombu and katsuobushi, is enhanced with a special soy sauce, creating a rich and aromatic dish that is sure to tantalize the taste buds.
