Suit Up Launches Campaign to Support Small Businesses in Aichi Prefecture

Suit Up 2025 Regional Support Campaign: 23rd Edition

Suit Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has launched the 23rd installment of its 'Suit Up 2025 Regional Support Campaign,' aimed specifically at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Aichi Prefecture with fewer than 100 employees. This exciting initiative is set to run from June 10 to June 20, 2025. During this period, businesses can apply for this promotion via the Suit Up inquiry form and receive a significant 20% discount until September 2025 upon subscribing to a paid plan.

Campaign Overview

The campaign is designed to alleviate some of the operational costs that SMEs face in managing team tasks effectively. For instance, our calculations indicate that for a company with 30 employees, the cost incurred from daily task progress checks can sum up to an astonishing 1.19 million yen in just one month, assuming an average of two checks per day lasting eight minutes each. This expense is not trivial for smaller enterprises. By implementing the Suit Up task management tool, these companies can vastly improve their ‘visibility’ in task management, leading to reduced costs and enhanced productivity.

Research conducted by Nulab, from October 6 to October 10, revealed current task management practices among smaller firms. The findings showed a predominant reliance on personal task management methods such as email and calendar features (31.2%), handwritten notes (30.6%), and business chat (14.3%). Meanwhile, only 11.7% utilize dedicated task management tools, and 25.2% depend on Excel or spreadsheets for team tasks. This illustrates a clear need for a collective approach to task management.

As such, through the 23rd Suit Up campaign, we aim to encourage SMEs to adopt team task management. It represents a fundamental step towards boosting labor productivity and operational efficiency. We plan to continue offering discount campaigns, ensuring that small businesses can easily adopt and utilize the Suit Up tool.
