Comprehensive Online Seminar on Email Sender Guidelines for Salesforce Users

Upcoming Online Seminar Presented by Synergy Marketing

Synergy Marketing, located in Osaka and known for its Synergy!LEAD application on Salesforce's AppExchange, is hosting a free online seminar tailored for Salesforce users. This seminar will focus on the crucial updates regarding sender guidelines for email services such as Outlook and Gmail. The event is scheduled for May 22, 2025, and requires prior registration to attend.

As many are aware, recent updates from Gmail's sender guidelines are fresh in our minds. Starting May 5, 2025, Microsoft has tightened its regulations for bulk emailing through Outlook.com. From this date onwards, email authentication settings such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC will be mandatory for users sending more than 5,000 emails per day to Outlook addresses (including those ending in @hotmail.com, @live.com, and @outlook.com). As the landscape for email safety and reliability continues to evolve, it's imperative for businesses engaged in email marketing to comply with these requirements. Failure to adhere could increase the risk of emails not reaching their intended recipients.

This seminar is designed specifically for all entities that utilize Salesforce for their email communications. If you’ve yet to implement any of the newly outlined settings, or if you are uncertain about additional measures beyond Gmail's guidelines, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What to Expect During the Seminar

The workshop will cover the following key areas:
  • - The background and applicability of Microsoft's new guidelines
  • - Important considerations for configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in Salesforce
  • - Tips for operational improvements such as managing unsubscribe links and email lists
