The appointment ceremony took place in Tokyo at the metropolitan government office on July 24, 2023. During the event, Governor Yuriko Koike officially introduced the collaboration and revealed exciting new features, including a collaboration video featuring peco and the release of adorable LINE stickers representing the mascot character Gyuuppi.
