According to Zhang Jiukui, President of the China Bakery Association, “After nearly three decades of growth, Bakery China has become a landmark for the baking industry worldwide. This year’s exhibition will further stimulate high-quality development in the sector, paving the way for a new chapter alongside global baking professionals.”

Moreover, in a bid to expand its influence, Bakery China will also hold its first ASEAN International Bakery Exhibition in Jakarta from August 27 to 29, emphasizing the synergy within the Southeast Asian market.
