Each time, creative solutions have allowed 'BOSCO' to thrive, supported by its loyal local clientele.

Among its many offerings, the crepes, featuring fresh local strawberries and blueberries, are standout items that customers rave about. With around 20 varieties available, people flock to enjoy the generous portions, which ensure that each bite is delectable right down to the last. Isogai’s decision to seek a successor comes from personal circumstances; her husband's battle with a chronic illness necessitates regular support, alongside her responsibilities for her mother-in-law's care.
