Melmark Breaks New Ground in Adult Services with Innovative Community in Massachusetts

Set to start in early 2025, this project is designed to cater to the pressing needs of adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disorders. The project's design collaboration with Caveney Architectural Collaborative reflects an understanding of the unique requirements of its future residents. Vantage Builders will oversee the construction process, which is expected to take about two years, completing a project set to transform the landscape of adult services in Massachusetts. The legal aspects of the project are being managed by Dalton Finegold LLP, a Massachusetts-based firm specializing in real estate and related legal matters.
