Southern California's Ontario International Airport (ONT) has reached a significant milestone by attaining Level 2 in the prestigious Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program developed by Airports Council International (ACI). Previously certified at Level 1, Ontario International is now part of an elite group of only 17 airports across the United States and the second in California to receive this esteemed recognition—joining San Francisco International Airport in the ranks of high-performing facilities.
