Zhejiang's Fine Products Showcase at the 5th China International Consumer Products Expo

From April 13th to 18th, 2025, Haikou, located in Hainan Province, will host the 5th edition of the China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE). This year, the expo will prominently feature the section titled “Zhejiang's Fine Products: A Heritage of Excellence” as part of its China Chic area. Companies such as Lingban Technology, the parent company of Rokid, OSM, and Hu Qing Yu Tang will introduce their latest innovations to a global audience.

The theme of this year’s expo is “New Consumption Trends, New Technological Highlights,” emphasizing the ambition of Zhejiang to marry traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a hybrid exhibition that combines physical displays with virtual interactions, proudly promoting the slogan, “World-Class Quality Made in Zhejiang.”

The cultural section will spotlight 18 brands showcasing over 200 products ranging from traditional arts and crafts to modern consumer goods. A virtual exhibition, developed in collaboration with Alibaba’s Taobao Tmall, will also extend the presentation digitally, allowing visitors from around the globe to experience Zhejiang's cultural richness.

A significant part of the official CICPE program is dedicated to global product launches, aptly named “CICPE Highlights: Global Debuts.” On April 14th, three major innovations will be unveiled: Rokid’s AI+AR smart glasses, OSM’s 2025 edition of tranquil whitening essence, and the “Light Wellness Workplace Saviors” series aimed at health-conscious young professionals.

Throughout the expo, Gu Xiaoyu, the Virtual Reality host from Zhejiang Satellite TV, will oversee digital information distribution and provide real-time updates on the event. The expo promises interactive experiences engaging the senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, showcasing the historical products of Zhejiang. Attendees can look forward to traditional crafts such as Dongyang wood sculpture, Wanfeng forest woodworking, Hu Qing Yu Tang's traditional Chinese medicine, and Shibake's Long Jing tea.

This promotional initiative for Zhejiang's brands has gathered support from notable figures, including Zhu Zhu, the ambassador for OSM Skincare; Shen Zhirong, the founder of OSM famously known as “Grandpa Pearl”; Mingming Zhu, the founder and CEO of Rokid; and Chen Yunhan, the Chairman and CEO of Hu Qing Yu Tang. The expo is already drawing significant attention from both national and international media. Through live broadcasts, press conferences, and promotional video snippets, the organizers aim to elevate the global image of Zhejiang’s brands within the broader strategy of China to enhance the international competitiveness of its consumer goods sector.

With its commitment to highlighting the intersection of heritage and innovation, the Zhejiang showcase promises to captivate audiences and inspire future trends in consumer products on a global scale.
