Dokutoreena primarily focuses on reinforcing foundational academic skills, particularly in subjects such as mathematics. Their content covers elementary math review videos, explanations of Japanese proverbs, idioms, and even Katakana terms, aiming to bolster basic literacy and numeracy among students.

Moreover, they have introduced a specialized series titled "Lessons on the Future and Society," which presents complex governmental investment sectors, such as AI, quantum technology, semiconductors, biotechnology, drug discovery, energy security, disaster prevention, and fusion energy, in a child-friendly manner. This approach encourages young learners to contemplate both their current societal context and their future paths.

Additionally, Dokutoreena has made it a point to reinterpret famous quotes and powerful statements commonly found in adult literature into language that is accessible for elementary school students. Free Access in Children’s Cafés

Highlighting their commitment to providing learning opportunities, Dokutoreena has also launched an initiative to allow free access to their resources in children’s cafés across the country.
