Valorie Hargett joins the Integrated Design and Advisory Strategy and Growth team, charged with spearheading business expansion initiatives. There, she successfully led the strategy for Fire and Building Safety Services, catering to various private sector clients in sectors like aviation, life sciences, and manufacturing. Her extensive background expands to a 16-year stint with Jacobs, where she held vital roles in sales and operations across multiple countries including Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and South Korea.

Valorie Hargett also has a notable history as a co-owner and principal at designAlliance, a firm that was later acquired by AECOM, further enhancing her understanding of the intricate dynamics in both private and public sectors of the design and engineering space.

Hargett is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture. Her educational background enriches her expertise and reinforces her capability to lead in design-thinking methodologies, essential for innovative problem-solving in challenging projects.
