Digital Hollywood University Showcases Student Creations at Tokyo Game Show 2025
Digital Hollywood University (DHU), officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, immerses its students in the realm of digital content production and communication. Located in the heart of Tokyo, the university's two major programs—the Digital Content Faculty and the Professional Graduate School of Digital Content—provide a robust framework for both theory and practice.
In an exciting announcement, DHU has confirmed its participation in the Indie Games section of the Tokyo Game Show 2025, scheduled to take place at Makuhari Messe from September 25 to September 28, 2025. The university plans to exhibit six unique student-developed games at their designated turnkey booth, 11-C29.
This initiative has been in the works since December 2024, when the university began recruiting students for this prestigious event. An enthusiastic community composed of students from diverse backgrounds has come together to brainstorm, create, and prepare for their collective goal of showcasing original video games at Japan's largest gaming event. With staff guidance, these students thrashed out ideas and enhanced their projects through several in-school exhibitions, honing their craftsmanship along the way.
