Ginza's own modern Greek restaurant, THE APOLLO, is gearing up to celebrate a significant milestone—its 10th anniversary in 2026. Originally hailing from Sydney, Australia, this culinary gem has established itself on the top floor of GinzaNovo, attracting food enthusiasts with its delightful offerings over the past decade. To commemorate this remarkable journey, THE APOLLO is launching an exclusive anniversary course that encapsulates the essence of Greek cuisine.

Exclusive 10th Anniversary Course


Priced at ¥9,400 (including tax), this special course features a selection of seven signature dishes that highlight the restaurant's favorite flavors. Diners can expect to indulge in classic Greek specialties, beginning with the crowd-pleaser, taramasalata—a dip made from fish roe, lemon juice, and olive oil, served alongside perfectly baked pita bread. Another highlight is the much-loved saganaki cheese: a savory dish featuring pan-fried Kefalograviera cheese drizzled with honey, oregano, and lemon juice, creating a sweet and tangy taste that’s sure to delight.

For the main course, guests can savor charcoal-grilled Hida beef or wagyu fillet, both expertly cooked to achieve an ideal level of tenderness. To finish off the meal, THE APOLLO presents its signature dessert, the "Lemon Pie" Apollo Style, a delightful creation featuring crispy meringue paired with a zesty lemon flavor—a perfect representation of the restaurant's innovative approach to traditional recipes.

A Refresh of the GREEK ROOM


In addition to the culinary treats, THE APOLLO has redesigned its private dining room, the GREEK ROOM, inspired by ancient Greek temple architecture. The revamped interior features marble-like tables, decorative columns reminiscent of historical temples, and soft natural light filtering through sheer curtains, creating a sophisticated and serene environment. This space is ideal for special occasions such as business dinners or anniversaries, accommodating groups of 2 to 8 guests.

Rental fees for this exclusive space are set at ¥9,000 for lunch and ¥18,000 for dinner.
