Work Engagement Summit 2026

The Work Engagement Summit 2026, organized by Great Place To Work® Institute Japan, is set to take place on October 6, 2026, at the Grant Tokyo South Tower, located in the heart of Chiyoda, Tokyo. Presented by Hideaki Kanazawa, Director of the Cultivation Culture Team at GLOBIS, they have been recognized for 13 continuous years in the rankings. The individual presentations will be followed by a panel discussion titled “Decoding Success Conditions for Organizational Change from Three Practices.” Led by Yoko Arakawa, the representative of GPTW Japan, the discussion aims to explore common themes in the companies’ approaches to leadership and sustaining lasting change.
