The Café & Bar RAGE ST, operated by JR East Cross Station Foods Company located in Shibuya, Tokyo, is set to launch a limited-time special burger named 'Bag Burger' starting October 28, 2025, in celebration of the Yamanote Line's 100th anniversary. This initiative aims to express gratitude towards the customers and is a collaboration between the café and staff of JR Ikebukuro Station, following the successful launch of the Chicken Sandwich in August, which was also part of this commemorative campaign.
The Bag Burger features a delightful combination known as B (Bacon), K (Kinpira), R (Ricotta Cheese). At its heart lies kinpira gobo, a beloved staple in Japanese cuisine, which takes center stage in this innovative burger. The juicy bacon perfectly complements the delicate ricotta cheese, accentuating the sweet and savory notes of the kinpira while adding a satisfying crunch. This nostalgic yet novel burger offers a memorable fusion of Japanese and Western flavors that tantalizes the taste buds.
The Bag Burger will be available from October 28, 2025, until late December, allowing plenty of time for fans to indulge in this unique culinary experience. The burger can be purchased as a standalone item for 720 yen, or as part of a set for 1,280 yen. During weekday lunch hours from 10 AM to 2 PM, a special lunch set is priced at 990 yen, which includes fries and a drink.

Each burger comes adorned with a paper pick featuring 'Fukken', the official character of JR Ikebukuro Station. The tray mat showcases a unique design supervised by Ikebukuro Station employees, featuring a photograph of the Yamanote Line train, ensuring a delightful dining experience that celebrates this historic milestone. This second round of designs will differ from those of the first round, providing fans with a fresh and exciting visual experience.

Set to open on January 28, 2024, at JR Ikebukuro Station East exit, the venue will offer a rich variety of food, including numerous burger options and poutine, alongside a diverse selection of drinks centered around coffee and alcoholic beverages. The café is also set to host esports viewings and public events, providing a community space for fans and newcomers alike.
