From June 7 through July 27, the 'Ripe Melon and Cocoa Parfait' showcases the unique 'Yuka' melon cultivated by Farm Nagasu, a farm with over fifty years of experience in melon cultivation. Celebrated for its rich yet delicate aroma and thick flesh, Yuka melons are considered a rare delicacy, making them a highlight of this refreshing summer treat.

The parfait consists of a delightful combination of flavors that celebrate the essence of summer. At the top, you'll find a luxurious layer of ripe melon accompanied by refreshing lemongrass roasted tea ice cream. Below this, a creamy chocolate made from Tanzanian cocoa beans offers a fruity undertone, complemented by crunchy cocoa nib crumble and generous amounts of fresh melon.

As you delve deeper, the lower layers introduce unique textures and flavors.
