Kaga Hojicha is created by lightly roasting the stems of the first flush of tea leaves, preserving their rich flavors. This delicate preparation is only performed by select tea producers, making Kaga Hojicha a rare and prized tea. In the Kaga Hojicha Latte, this exquisite tea is blended with milk, creating a harmonious and tantalizing drink.

The Three Unique Variations

1. Kaga Hojicha Latte - Priced at 530 yen (tax included), this base latte allows you to savor the pure flavor of Kaga Hojicha, showcasing its sweet and aromatic profile combined with creamy milk.

2. Kuro Mizu Kaga Hojicha Latte - For 580 yen (tax included), this version enhances the standard latte with the addition of black sugar syrup and a fluffy espuma whipped topping. The black syrup deepens the taste, providing a rich, luxurious experience.

3. Kuro Mizu Kinako Azuki Kaga Hojicha Latte - Available for 630 yen (tax included), this indulgent drink combines Kaga Hojicha and milk topped with black sugar syrup and espuma whipped cream. It also includes sweet red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans and aromatic kinako, making each sip feel like a Japanese dessert.
