Vyntelligence Secures Major Investment to Expand US Operations and Enhance AI Capabilities
Vyntelligence Secures Major Investment to Fuel Expansion in the US
Vyntelligence, known as Vyn®, a leading UK-based platform specializing in agentic video intelligence for short videos, recently announced a monumental investment of $30 million. This funding round, co-led by Morgan Stanley Investment Management's 1GT Climate Private Equity strategy and Blume Equity, aims to accelerate Vyn's expansion in the United States, building on its established success in the UK and Europe.
The company focuses on revolutionizing frontline work, particularly in customer service and field operations, through its innovative technology that simplifies and speeds up processes. Vyn® utilizes agentic video intelligence to transform how frontline workers perform their tasks, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while promoting sustainable practices. This investment will allow Vyntelligence to expand its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and broaden its reach into new markets.
Vyn® has positioned itself as a trusted partner, currently serving 90% of the UK's leading utility, telecommunications, and retail companies. Esteemed clients include SUEZ, EDP, Engie, Total Energies, Currys, and Openreach, among others. The platform's powerful technology redefines the 'deskless' working environment, facilitating frontline workers in executing billions of tasks globally each day—from deploying HVAC systems to conducting complex audits of energy infrastructure.
One of Vyn's most significant differentiators is its deep data wealth, accumulated over a decade of building extensive video datasets generated by users and curated by experts. Vyn®'s agentic video intelligence exploits these rich data to empower clients to make informed and effective decisions regarding their assets and operations. The results are transformative, leading to outcomes such as (i) 85% faster deployments, (ii) 90% quicker customer service resolution, (iii) significant emission savings due to reduced unnecessary on-site visits, and (iv) lower material waste from rework.
The technology is particularly relevant in the current era of massive infrastructure investments, as it enhances the capabilities of workers whose skills are in high demand. By documenting every task performed on-site, Vyn® creates a verifiable record of work while consolidating institutional knowledge to improve training and process design. Insights captured through Vyn® SmartVideoNotes® enhance the skillsets of new field workers and enable an aging expert workforce to continue contributing flexibly and for longer through this video technology.
Kapil Singhal, co-founder and CEO of Vyntelligence, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Blume Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He noted, “This investment validates our mission to transform how field work is captured, analyzed, and leveraged. We will expand our platform's capabilities and geographic presence, including to the US.” Singhal emphasized that the goal is to offer the most comprehensive frontline work solutions worldwide that foster intelligent collaboration and value creation throughout the ecosystem and supply chain.
Co-founder Arti Khanna highlighted the unique advantage of Vyn®, stating, “Our superpower isn't merely about applying AI to the historically underserved physical work sector; it's about leveraging over ten years of exclusive field video data maintained by experts to fundamentally alter the value of fieldwork for our clients. We provide unmatched visibility into their assets, personnel, and operations, allowing them to significantly boost operational efficiency and recognize the essential role frontline workers play.”
Eleanor Blagbrough, co-founding partner of Blume Equity, stated the firm’s alignment with impact-driven businesses, saying, “Vyntelligence exemplifies the kind of intrinsically impactful company that Blume wants to partner with—producing compelling business results while delivering measurable environmental benefits. Vyn® enables clients to do more with less, enhancing safety, efficiency, and compliance, all while significantly reducing carbon emissions in field operations.”
Jake Van Koevering from 1GT of Morgan Stanley added, “We are thrilled to partner with visionary founders Kapil Singhal and Arti Khanna, who recognized the potential of video and AI to enhance frontline worker productivity and achieve meaningful efficiency savings. We look forward to supporting Vyn®'s international and vertical expansion by leveraging Morgan Stanley's global resources.”
