Before joining Phoenix Children's, Mike Skafi held the position of Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy at
Providence, where he played a pivotal role in managing pharmacy operations for a comprehensive healthcare system spanning seven states. This network comprises over 50 hospitals and 1,000 clinics and boasts an astonishing annual operating revenue of nearly $30 billion. His tenure at Providence included chairing the Pharmacy Governance Council and leading strategic initiatives that aimed at optimizing pharmacy services and generating significant cost savings.
