The Escrit Service Cup 2025 Concludes with Amazing Talent
On September 3, 2025, the Escrit Service Cup 2025 took place at ampersand By LAGUNAVEIL ATELIER, showcasing the outstanding skills of the staff from Escrit Co., Ltd., a prestigious wedding planning company based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The event aimed to enhance the service quality and expertise of their service staff, marking the third iteration of this exciting competition.
The competition was open to all staff members within the service department, without restrictions based on seniority or position. Out of a pool of talented employees, six finalists were selected to represent their regions, each demonstrating the skills they have honed through their daily work.
To ensure fair and professional assessment, a panel of esteemed judges from various sectors, including editors from major industry publications, was invited to evaluate the competition. The judges provided insights into the innovative ideas and execution of service concepts presented by the participants, with a focus on creativity, service technique, and the true essence of wedding services.
Competition Criteria
The competition featured several key areas of assessment:

Escrit Table Service
- This fundamental aspect of Escrit's offerings was critically evaluated. The ability of the staff to represent the groom and bride through impeccable service and exceed guest expectations was paramount.
2.
After-Bouquet Recommendation
- Participants were assessed on their skills in proposing after-bouquet arrangements to the bride and groom, highlighting their proposal skills and empathetic approach.
3.
Imagination Cocktail
- Contestants created original non-alcoholic cocktails based on two themes, showcasing their creativity and culinary skills to expand the horizons of Escrit’s wedding offerings.
4.
Transition Lecture
- This criterion focused on training future leaders in the organization, assessing their ability to communicate value through words, voice, and expression.
The presentation section of the competition encouraged participants to convey their visions of exceptional staff capabilities, focusing on what they wished to communicate to the world through their roles as leaders.
As the judging concluded, winners emerged, demonstrating the culmination of hard work and dedication. The champion and other top performers exhibited impressive originality and effective communication.

Runner-up: Asuka Shoji from Arumarian FUKUOKA (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture)

Third Place: Rinka Naga from Laguna Veil PREMIERE (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture)
Winner's Comment: “Even though I felt a pang of disappointment for not winning first place, I am genuinely happy about securing third. With the support of the previous winner and my many supporters, I have every intention of cherishing my future clients and doing my utmost in my role.”
