Shoichi's Breakthrough at Première Vision Paris 2026
In an impressive debut, Shoichi Co., Ltd. participated in the renowned
Première Vision Paris 2026 from February 3 to 5, held in the vibrant heart of France. Welcomed in the
SMART CREATION sector, the company captured the attention of about 40 brands, primarily from Europe. While many exhibitors displayed fabrics, Shoichi chose to focus on its innovative recycling services for garments, bags, and shoes, which sparked significant interest in Japan's high-level recycling techniques.
Exploring Première Vision
Première Vision is revered as one of the world's top three textile exhibitions, along with Milano Unica and Intertextile Shanghai. This international event attracts brands, designers, and material manufacturers from across the globe who are searching for materials for upcoming seasons. The
SMART CREATION area is particularly noted for bringing together sustainable technology firms and those committed to recycling initiatives, making it an essential zone for environmentally-focused companies.
Engagement with European Brands
During the exhibition, around 40 European companies, including shoe and lingerie brands, visited Shoichi's booth, with more than 20 of these exchanges resulting in business cards being exchanged. There was a notable interest focused on
shoe recycling, prompting in-depth inquiries about various topics:
- - The methods of shoe recycling
- - The applications for recycled materials
- - The types of materials that can be processed
Additionally, foreign companies specializing in wool and cotton recycling visited to share insights, demonstrating the growing global interest in recycling.
