On November 23, 2024, Shanghai adorned 50 distinguished expatriates with the prestigious Magnolia Silver Award during a grand ceremony held at the Grand Halls along the iconic Bund. This annual celebration recognizes the significant impact these individuals have had on the city's development and its international relations.
