Why This Initiative?

The decision to introduce this service is based on three core principles:
1. Quality Assurance: Selecting only high-quality products to balance convenience with taste.
2. Addressing Labor Shortages: Creating a labor-efficient model that maintains high service quality with fewer staff members.
3. Reducing Inventory Waste: Utilizing frozen ingredients to minimize food waste risks and better adapt to fluctuations in demand.

In the future, there are plans to promote Japan's frozen foods as a part of its cultural heritage to foreign visitors, who currently compose about 40% of the facility's attendees.

Future Developments

This event serves as a test run for potential long-term introduction, aiming to balance quality and pricing. The festival will test the market's responses while optimizing cost structures and examining customer preferences to develop a sustainable service model.
