Koji Teshigawara holds a degree from Ryukoku University. He began his career at Nissen Co., Ltd., honing his skills in data-driven marketing. After gaining experience in branding and digital marketing at an advertising agency, he contributed to strategy development, organizational design, talent development, marketing cost optimization, and CRM design and management at Accenture. Teshigawara later founded a consulting firm specializing in marketing and joined the Macromill Group after a successful M&A process, renaming his company to 'Eight Hundred'. He has also served as an adjunct lecturer at Miyagi University.
