In 2009, he became the president of Dentsu Razorfish, which later transformed into Dentsu Isobar and ultimately into Dentsu Digital. His leadership helped it grow into one of Japan's largest global digital agencies. Moving to Digital Garage in 2021, he focused on marketing collaboration with startups and financial services. Since 2025, he has been with the ADK Group, concentrating on the evolving landscape of marketing communication services in the AI sphere.
