Huawei Reinforces Partner-Centric Approach for Enterprise Success in Europe

Huawei recently held its annual European Partner Conference 2026 in the scenic city of Como, Italy, where it reiterated the vital role that partners play in its enterprise business model. This conference was a platform to highlight how central the partner ecosystem is to Huawei’s strategy of sustainable growth in the European market.

Core Strategy
Willi Song, President of Huawei Europe Enterprise Business, stated, "Our partner ecosystem is the core strategy for our long-term growth." He highlighted the company’s intent to deepen its collaboration with existing partners while actively seeking new, high-potential partners. This approach aims to solidify Huawei’s market position and expand its reach across Europe.

Recent reports reveal that European partners account for more than 90% of Huawei's enterprise revenue, playing a critical role in the company’s robust growth. Nearly all service delivery and implementation processes are now led by these partners, showcasing an effective model that hinges on collaborative efforts rather than solely on the company's direct sales force.

Investment and Resources
To support this initiative, Huawei announced plans to enhance the number of certified partners. The company is set to invest over $20 million in marketing efforts and train more than 10,000 engineers in the next few years. Furthermore, Huawei will make over 90% of its product services available to its partners, stressing the importance of accessibility and streamlined service delivery.

In an impressive turnaround time, Huawei boasts that 90% of its product portfolio can be delivered within 2-4 weeks, contrasting sharply with its competitors, whose storage products can take as long as 8 months to deliver.

Building Partnerships
With a robust network consisting of over 5,000 partners throughout Europe, Huawei continues to see growth in partner-led transactions and overall contributions to its enterprise operations. The company is focused on improving partner policies and support systems to simplify the sales of solutions and effectively respond to customer needs. As Song noted, Huawei is determined to create a stable and mutually beneficial partnership environment through increased incentives and resource allocation, promoting open collaboration and joint innovation.

More than 100 scenario-based solutions have been developed in collaboration with partners, further strengthening their operational efficiency and response time to market demands.

Looking Ahead
Moving forward, Huawei is committed to its 2+2+1 strategy, which targets significant sectors such as public services, healthcare, education, and manufacturing within Europe. The company forecasts continued growth in its European enterprise business for 2026, with partners expected to generate the majority of the revenue.

Additionally, Huawei plans on broadening its distribution strategies via its eKit 4+10+N plan, emphasizing collaborative efforts with partners and enhancing distributive incentives.

This strategic framework underscores Huawei's commitment to empowering its partners, ultimately aiming for collective success through sustained investments and deepened alliances in the European market.
