Since its establishment of the AI Transformation Center (AITC) in 2020, Dentsu has consistently innovated, launching three AI-driven products in the same year. Fast forward to 2023, the firm introduced Know Narrator, a ChatGPT solution tailored for corporate clients. These pioneering efforts culminated in Dentsu being the first Japanese company to earn the Microsoft Azure AI and Machine Learning Specialization certification, a testament to its technical expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Yuji Fukaya has played a crucial role in promoting collaboration with Microsoft long before the establishment of AITC. As the product lead for solutions utilizing Azure AI Services, he has directed development teams and served as project manager for numerous Azure AI initiatives.
