On March 25, 2025, Austin, Texas became the epicenter of Italian wine, hosting the fourth edition of the Barolo & Barbaresco World Opening (BBWO) at The Branch Park Pavilion. This vibrant event, organized by the Consorzio di Tutela Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe e Dogliani, drew in about 450 trade professionals and another 450 wine enthusiasts. With over 150 producers from the renowned Langhe region participating, attendees had the chance to savor nearly 300 Barolo DOCG and Barbaresco DOCG labels.
