Freedom Ramen caters to vegans, Muslims, those with allergies, and others requiring dietary considerations. This product is not only designed to meet the needs of these guests through “food barrier-free” options but also serves as an emergency food supply, which is essential for disasters.

Background of the Initiative



With the increasing number of Muslim travelers and a rising interest in vegan diets, especially with events like the upcoming Osaka Kansai Expo, hotels need to adapt their food offerings drastically. Freedom Ramen offers three flavors, comprising 100% plant-based ingredients alongside a seafood variant that includes shrimp. This assortment has already received MUIS Halal certification, allowing guests with various dietary restrictions to enjoy a meal together.

The ramen has received notable recognition as a disaster preparedness food option. Various municipalities, universities, and hotels are now adopting it as part of their food storage solutions.
