DOLCE TACUBO, a chic patisserie operated by Sowanier Co., led by President Daisuke Takubo, is thrilled to announce the opening of its third location, DOLCE TACUBO GINZA, on June 18, 2026. This exciting new venue will showcase a variety of delectable treats, including eight signature gelato flavors and an extensive selection of baked goods. Additionally, the wildly popular soft serve will be revamped and introduced as "DOLTAKU Soft" across all locations.
About DOLCE TACUBO
Originating from the renowned Italian restaurant, TACUBO in Daikanyama, DOLCE TACUBO was established in 2021 as a dedicated takeout store. The concept arose from patrons desiring to take home the sumptuous desserts that were previously served at the end of their dining experience. In 2023, DOLCE TACUBO Caffe opened in Toranomon Hills Station Tower, where soft serve gained immense popularity. The Ginza location marks a significant expansion for the brand.

For the first time, a matcha flavor will also be introduced, balancing flavor to ensure that each bite remains enjoyable.
