Guests will be guided through an extraordinary tasting journey by Michele Zuckerman Lynch, a certified specialist in wine, and the Managing Director of The Lux Group. Attendees can expect a perfectly curated four-course dinner, artfully paired with wines that exemplify the finesse and complexity of the legendary vineyards from Burgundy and Bordeaux.

Course Highlights:
1. Champagne Reception: Begin with Champagne Henriot Millésime 2012, paired with Kusshi oysters adorned with champagne gelée and Kaluga caviar, along with black truffle Comté gougères.
2. First Movement: Savor the elegant Domaine Michel Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet Clos St Jean Blanc 1er 2019 with seared Barnegat scallops.
3. Second Movement: Taste the bold Domaine Henri Rebourseau Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2018, thoughtfully paired with hand-cut tagliatelle and pressed duck.
4. Third Movement: Enjoy the royal flavors of Château Mouton Rothschild Premier Cru 2009 served alongside Wagyu striploin and bone marrow custard.
5. Grand Finale: Conclude the meal with the exquisite Château d'Yquem Premier Cru Supérieur 2015, complemented by foie gras macarons and artisanal desserts.
