As we enter 2026, allow me to extend my heartfelt new year's greetings. The past year, 2025, has seen Japan engage more seriously with the concepts of multicultural coexistence. I’ve observed a growing interest in the challenges surrounding foreigners, particularly concerning their integration into society. Amidst these societal movements and the progress of our business, this past year has reaffirmed our role and significance as a company.
With the influx of foreign residents in Japan, they have become essential contributors to the economic activities and local communities. However, issues related to housing, lifestyle, and communication have become more prominent than ever before.
In this context, our dedication to lifestyle support services tailored to foreigners has witnessed significant growth, driven by increasing demand. Simultaneously, our BPO services, especially in the energy sector, have expanded as we accelerated our business development. To support this growth, we have reinforced our organizational structure by expanding our office space, hiring new talent, and collaborating with international universities to establish a robust foundation for the future.
We view 2026 as a year to leverage the foundations we've built thus far and enhance the quality of our support services while expanding our collaborative networks. With the aim of securing a comfortable living environment for foreign residents and alleviating the burdens on real estate management companies, we are excited to launch our comprehensive support service for foreigners, "Global Support Desk Plus." This initiative will ensure that foreign residents can rely on continuous safety and comfort in their living conditions after moving in.
Moreover, we will strengthen our collaboration with real estate management firms, municipalities, and lifestyle infrastructure providers to develop a comprehensive support system addressing the concerns surrounding foreign residents.
As we commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, we will reflect on our original water supply business through the lens of supporting living foundations. This will involve enhancing our services to support people during both normal times and emergencies.
In the face of significant societal changes, we have prioritized connecting with the lives of each individual and fostering meaningful dialogues.
