From January 7 to 10, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, HL Group, together with its subsidiaries HL Mando Corp. and HL Klemove Corp., participated in the world-renowned Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025. Their participation under the theme "Envision the Future" centered around a variety of autonomous driving solutions that transcend mere mobility.

A Multi-dimensional Experience


The exhibition featured a unique booth design consisting of multiple levels, with an additional floor designated for VIP meetings, enhancing the visitor experience. The exhibition space was divided into four thematic sections, each designed to engage and excite both industry professionals and the general public.

1. Intro Zone


The Intro Zone acted as the initial point of interaction, showcasing the rich history and future initiatives of HL Group. Here, the past technological achievements and strategic visions of HL Mando and HL Klemove were presented in an engaging format that set the tone for what visitors could expect.

2. Autonomous Parking & Driving Zone


One of the highlights was the Autonomous Parking & Driving Zone, where attendees could interact with PARKIE, an award-winning parking robot recognized for its innovation. Moreover, visitors had the chance to experience the autonomous shuttle named HOCKEY, which is designed to transform urban mobility.

3. HL Heroes Show


The HL Heroes Show commanded attention in the main zone, with a captivating cartoon-style video highlighting five retro characters, each representing different technologies and services from HL Group. The video, shown multiple times a day, drew parallels to popular superhero narratives to emphasize the impact of technology on everyday safety and mobility.

4. Urban Mobility Zone


In this zone, innovative personal mobility solutions were on display, including HL Mando’s groundbreaking Steerite Fit system, which incorporates advanced steering technology, and various chainless bicycles and tricycles designed for improved urban transport.

CES Innovation Award Winners


Three standout products from HL Group received CES Innovation Awards, showcasing their technological advancements:
  • - HAECHIE: Recognized in the Human Security For All category, HAECHIE is a groundbreaking electrical fire detection system which is capable of detecting electric sparks significantly faster than traditional methods, marking a notable advancement in safety technology for electric vehicles and energy systems.
  • - BEETLE+: This portable radar system was honored in the Smart Cities category. With superior detection capabilities, it can alert users about potential obstacles, integrating seamlessly into smart city ecosystems.
  • - AgriShield: Lauded in the Industrial Equipment & Machinery category, AgriShield utilizes Vision AI algorithms to differentiate between wildlife and humans, representing a sophisticated solution to the global challenges of wildlife damage.

Vision of Safety and Innovation


CEO Seong-hyeon Cho of HL Mando emphasized the importance of integrating safety into technological advancements. His leadership is directing the transition toward smart mobility and autonomous solutions through a focus on robotics, sensors, and SDV (Software Defined Vehicles) technology.

The HL Group's booth, located in the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, Booth No. 5352, is a transformative experience, showcasing the synergy between technology and safety. The event will also feature partnerships, including a signed agreement with HARMAN, enhancing the collaborative efforts in intelligent mobility and connectivity.
