About Yakitateno Karubi
Yakitateno Karubi is famed for its focus on aged meat, presenting customers with exquisite dishes at affordable prices. One of the star offerings is the founder's signature dish, the "Grilled Kalbi Bowl." This bowl features freshly sliced kalbi that is grilled on high heat as soon as an order is made, highlighting the meat’s natural flavors and aroma. The unique sauce used is a carefully blended secret mix of 20 different ingredients, balancing sweetness, spiciness, and acidity to create a rich taste experience. The rice used is 100% domestically sourced, ensuring a perfect harmony with the meat and sauce.
Another featured product is the "Yukkejang Soup," which is prepared individually in the kitchen using hand-crafted techniques. The soup's base consists of premium beef combined with spicy Korean miso and gochujang, resulting in a deeply flavorful broth. This dish allows customers to savor the taste of the beef as soon as it touches their palate.
For those who wish to enjoy these specialized offerings on the go, Yakitateno Karubi provides takeout and various delivery services, as well as drive-thru options at select locations. Please note that a container fee of 30 yen is applied for takeout orders.
