Nestled in the Escalan Valley of La Motte-en-Provence, about 40 kilometers north of the coast of Saint-Tropez, Chateau Desclans is a prestigious winery known for its exceptional rosé wines. Established in the mid-19th century, this beautiful chateau boasts a rich history dating back to before the 12th century, with its underground cellar being one of the oldest in the region.

Under the direction of skilled vintner Sacha Lichine since 2006, Chateau Desclans has earned acclaim as an innovative winery that elevates the quality of rosé wines. The juice pressed is categorized into three stages depending on the pressing degree and is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks as well as large 600-liter French oak barrels (Demi-Muids) with unique temperature control capabilities.
