The Executive Lounge 'Le Ciel', which will celebrate its first anniversary on July 26, 2025, aims to present the beauty of Japanese tradition and seasonal wonders to both domestic and international guests. The collaboration will run daily from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, where guests can enjoy not just the regular offering of 'KUBOTA Senju', but also 'KUBOTA Manju' and 'KUBOTA Junmai Daiginjo' for a unique tasting experience. This is a perfect opportunity to indulge in a relaxing evening, sampling all three types of KUBOTA sake, savoring your favorite at leisure.
The culinary team, led by Head Chef Yuya Tsuchida, has specially curated a light meal menu that harmonizes wonderfully with the flavors of the KUBOTA sake. Guests can expect delectable dishes such as:

Additionally, every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, an exclusive sake tasting event will take place. This experiential activity will allow guests to sample three unique sake varieties, including the seasonal 'Tokitsuki' Junmai Daiginjo from Asahi Shuzo.
'Tokitsuki', available only for the month of September, is known for its graceful aroma and gentle flavor—perfect for the autumn season and moon viewing. Other tasted varieties include 'Senshin', a refined, crisp junmai daiginjo with a silky texture, and the refreshing 'KUBOTA Sparkling', which boasts delicate bubbles and a fruity muscat fragrance.
