Among these agencies, 39.7% stated that about 50% to 100% of families they work with inquire about the specifics of school districts. Many consumers pointed out that their interest in school districts stemmed from various reasons, such as ensuring their children attend schools in safe areas, minimizing commuting times, and security concerns related to neighborhoods.
2. Nearly 94% of Agencies Have Researched School District Information
When asked about their experiences in researching school district information for their real estate dealings, an impressive 93.9% of agents confirmed that they had, at one point, looked into these details. 3. Families Typically Search for Properties Up to a Year Before School Enrollment
Among the families placing importance on school districts, a notable 29.9% indicated they start searching for a residence up to a year in advance of their child's school enrollment.
