This year’s recipient, Randy Lewis, the market director of Toledo, has been a pillar within the Meijer community for an impressive 38 years. His extensive experience and natural leadership qualities have positioned him as a mentor for numerous teammates across the organization.

Randy’s management journey is characterized by a hands-on approach; he has directly mentored 13 market directors over the last two years. The Earl Holton President's Award

In addition to the Fred Meijer Award, Meijer also presented the Earl Holton President's Award to five outstanding team members.
