XCMG Unveils Innovations at Bauma 2025

Bauma 2025, the largest construction machinery trade show in the world, served as a grand stage for XCMG Machinery to showcase its commitment to sustainable development and cutting-edge technology. Among the most notable products was the XCA60_EV, recognized as the world’s first hybrid all-terrain crane specifically developed for the European market. This groundbreaking equipment is designed for operations that are entirely emissions-free, reaffirming XCMG's pledge to eco-friendly engineering solutions.

In addition, XCMG introduced a series of smart and comprehensive solutions aimed at enhancing road construction projects. This includes electric pavers, milling machines, and compactors, all engineered to minimize environmental impact while maximizing efficiency. Another standout was the XZ450E-R horizontal directional drill, which boasts a 200% increase in steering speed while cutting mud consumption by 60%—a remarkable feat in the realm of construction technology.

According to Yang Dongsheng, President of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, the company is committed to advancing engineering technology to foster a sustainable future. Currently, 19% of XCMG's product portfolio comprises green innovations under its new energy line, “Green Mountain,” with a full electrification of all product series slated for the near future. This strategic vision reflects an industry shift towards more environmentally responsible construction practices.

XCMG also launched the Xrea Global Telematics Platform, a next-generation telematics system that incorporates IoT, big data, cloud computing, and AI. This platform facilitates seamless cross-border fleet management, offering real-time diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and data-driven optimization to clients globally.

In collaboration with German company Schwing GmbH, XCMG presented the Ultra Eco, a fully electric concrete mixer, along with Schwing’s first fully electric pump truck. During the event, XCMG celebrated the delivery of high-end cranes, smart earth-moving machines, new energy excavators, and road equipment to clients from around the world, further solidifying its leadership in customized solutions.
