OBAP's Response to Secretary Duffy on Aviation Hiring Standards

The Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) issued a statement on February 18, 2026, in response to a new merit-based pilot hiring directive. The organization's Board Chair, Tennesse Garvey, highlighted that OBAP is committed to maintaining the highest professionalism and safety standards in aviation.
