The Sports Agency recently took a remarkable step in promoting sports and community engagement by showcasing the SYNC HEARTS BOX at the 2025 Osaka Kansai Expo. This initiative, part of the larger Sport in Life project, occurred from September 3 to September 8, 2025.

A Unique Experience

One of the main attractions at the expo was the SYNC HEARTS BOX, a tranquil tatami mat tea room where participants could experience a deep sense of connection by donning heart rate monitors. This extraordinary space utilized the concept of heart rate synchronization to recreate the Zen spirit of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Here, participants engaged in exercises like the
