Unique Grape Harvesting Experience in Shibuya

Get ready to embark on an extraordinary adventure right in the heart of Shibuya! From September 12 to 23, 2025, MIYASHITA PARK will host a popup store where visitors can enjoy a unique grape harvesting experience featuring the exquisite "Gokushun grapes". This initiative comes from GREENCOLLAR, a company created under Mitsui Fudosan Group's innovative project system called "MAG!C".

About GREENCOLLAR

GREENCOLLAR produces high-quality Japanese grape varieties throughout the year, utilizing two locations with opposite seasons – Yamanashi, Japan, and the Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand. Their mission is to introduce the exceptional agricultural techniques of Japan while promoting a lifestyle that coexists harmoniously with nature. During this popup event, guests can not only harvest their grapes but also indulge in exclusive sweets crafted in partnership with top chefs and renowned cafes.

Special Features of the Popup Store

The highlight of this event is the grape harvesting experience of the "Gokushun grapes (Shine Muscat)" which will be at its peak in September. Visitors can choose from vibrant grape varieties, engage in unique purchasing options, and witness the collaboration of local food artisans. Chef Miya Enmei, who earned the Best Pâtissier Award in the 2023 Gault & Millau guide, will present exclusive desserts at his renowned patisserie, EMMÉ.

In collaboration with ONIBUS COFFEE, a specialty coffee shop with a new dessert brand called "patisserie code," attendees will be treated to delightful creations that beautifully combine the flavors of Gokushun grapes. Two standout desserts include:
  • - Herb-Infused Shortcake with Shine Muscat (¥900)
  • - Shine Muscat and Pine Needle Jelly Yogurt Panna Cotta (¥842)
  • - Shine Muscat and Tea Butter Sand (¥497)

As part of this immersive experience, GREENCOLLAR will also showcase a selection of craft foods from Yamanashi and New Zealand that include wines, cheeses, chocolates, honey, and coffee. Visitors can explore a special selection zone featuring local treasures from both regions.

Collaborations with Local Cafes

Throughout the popup's duration, two cafes within MIYASHITA PARK, CAFÉ KITSUNÉ and MIYASHITA CAFE, will feature limited edition desserts made with Gokushun grapes.

A Vision of Sustainability

GREENCOLLAR believes in bridging the gap between urban living and agriculture. Since its inception in December 2019, the company has steadily expanded its agricultural lands, currently utilizing around 29 hectares across Japan and New Zealand, with plans to further increase production in the coming years. Moreover, GREENCOLLAR is committed to connecting producers with consumers while fostering a sustainable lifestyle through innovation in agriculture.

There is a profound emphasis on enhancing our lifestyle while being in sync with nature and promoting a green culture. With the focus on planting goods and crafting memorable experiences, this popup event promises to be a delightful exploration of flavors, collaboration, and community engagement.

Mark your calendars and don’t miss this extraordinary chance to enjoy grape harvesting and delicious, exclusive treats right in the vibrant heart of Tokyo!
